Important changes to our Technical Support
With the continued growth of Sahara and in particular the Clevertouch range we have re-structured our service department. This will enable us to bring you an improved service experience speeding up the time between initial contact and final resolution.
We now have a dedicated service support division to deal with Clevertouch hardware support. They can be contacted by email on
support@service-crew.co.uk or on 0845 072 4273.
Each new enquiry will generate a support ticket number allowing you to quickly and efficiently track the progress of your case. Once assigned, each ticket is handled by the same engineer from start to finish.
To enable your enquiry to be dealt with quickly it is advisable to have your product model and serial number available when first making contact.
